Friendly staff made the check-in pleasant.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The check-in process was chaotic, and despite arriving at the designated 3:00 PM time, we ended up waiting until 6:00 PM for our room. To make matters worse, the manager was dismissive of our concerns and didn't offer any solutions or empathy for the long wait.

The Holiday Inn Express had a fantastic breakfast with a great variety of options, thanks to Mia's hard work. The location was perfect, close to everything downtown. The room felt modern, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. However, check-in was a nightmare. We arrived at 3:30, but the room wasn't ready. We waited an extra two and a half hours until 6:00, which was frustrating. The management wasn't helpful about the delay. It's unfortunate because the hotel itself is beautiful and has great potential.

The highlight was definitely the amazing breakfast🌟! Mia kept everything hot, fresh, and clean. Loved the cozy beds too. Just wish parking wasn't so tight on the weekends.

Just a nice choice for a short weekend trip in Evansville with outstanding value for money. The jet tub in our King Suite was a fun way to unwind after a long day. Try to check in a little later. it seemed busy at first.
